My order arrived packed really well, and the box wasn’t all dented or beat up, which was nice to see. The product looked brand new too, no scratches, nothing missing, just exactly how you’d hope it would show up... Happy with it overall.

"Shipping felt a little off"
I ordered from abesofmaine.com and the shipping wasn’t awful, but something felt a bit off about the whole process. It took a few days longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, which made it kind of hard to know what was going on. The item did show up in good shape, so nothing major went wrong, but overall I’d call the shipping average.

"Good price and an okay sales call"
I ordered a lens from Abe’s of Maine, the price was better than most other places I looked.
They did call afterward to go over some extras and warranty options. There was a little sales pressure, but it wasn’t too much. I said no to most of it and they moved on.

The lens shipped without any issues and arrived as expected. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d consider ordering from them again

I ordered a camera lens from Abes of Maine and my main thing was just, “please don’t turn this into a shipping headache.” I tend to use the simple rule that if a store ships when they say they will and the tracking makes sense, I feel good about the whole order.

The box arrived on the expected day, everything looked fine, and there weren’t any dents, delays, or weird surprises. Nothing flashy to report, which is kind of the point. It went smoothly, so I’m happy with it.

i mean, I was a little worried there might be some extra charges added at the end, but everything was shown before I paid. Shipping and tax were clearly listed, and nothing weird popped up later. The amount I was charged matched what I saw on the order page, so it was a smooth experience. I’d use them again.

I ordered from Abe's of Maine because the item showed as in stock, and usually when I see that pattern, I expect it to ship quickly. After I checked out, though, I got a call saying there might be a delay, which threw me off a bit. It did end up shipping, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall, just not quite as smooth as I expected. I’d say the availability info was mostly accurate, but it could definitely be clearer so customers know what to expect.

I did end up getting my refund, but it took a few more days than I expected. Support was polite and helpful enough, just not very quick with updates. If you’re waiting on a refund too, I’d say give it some extra time and follow up with support if you don’t hear anything
